摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television broadcast recording apparatus capable of more securely limiting viewing upon storing video sound data of a program to which rating information specific to digital broadcast is added in a recording medium as analog type data.

SOLUTION: The television broadcast recording apparatus 100 comprises: a rating information detection program 16D for making a CPU 14 detect rating information concerning a viewing limit level of the program from a television broadcast signal of the program by controlling a detection part 5; a rating information class decision program 16E for making the CPU judging the class of the detected rating information; and a recording control program 16H for controlling a recording regeneration part 11 so as to prohibit the storage of the video sound data of the program into the storage medium when the rating information of the program is judged to be rating information specific to the digital broadcast different from rating information of analog broadcast.
