<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink producing method sufficiently demonstrating antifoaming effect in drink production with a homogenizing process in the case of using an oil-and-fat/alcoholic antifoam agent as an antifoam agent, and excellent in suppression of foaming when filling inert gas. <P>SOLUTION: This drink producing method 1 has a homogenizing process of mixing the main raw material of drink followed by homogenizing with a homogenizer, and an antifoam agent adding process of adding an antifoam agent to the main raw material after homogenizing.
