PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propulsion system avoiding defects of former technology by a simple, effective and economical method. SOLUTION: In the propulsion system comprising a bypass turbojet and a nacelle 10, a downstream cylindrical part 20 which is rigid and is attached to an intermediate case of the engine at an upstream end thereof, and the downstream cylindrical part 20 also comprises a longitudinal beam 26 for attaching rods 28 for securing the engine to a part 22 of an airplane.
