<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple traction bands performing the traction of an ankle joint and inexpensively and easily performing the traction specialized for lower limb joints (the ankle joint, a knee joint, a hip joint) to be conducted even at home or in office, with the use of minimally required device. <P>SOLUTION: The simple traction bands 12, 13, 14, 15 for the ankle joints to solve the problem have respectively simple structures composed of only rubber combination, and metallic bonding fixtures 17, length-adjustable metallic fixtures 17, 18, and a hook, which are attached to the combination. Power required for the traction is obtained by using the contraction of rubber. The bands are mounted on a foot, i.e., an instep and a part from a heel to Achilles' tendon. The tension of the rubber to be crossed in an orthogonal direction is utilized, so as to increase stability in mounting when the traction is performed.
