摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a handover procedure which reduces data loss and delay for service and a user requiring higher communication quality while basically maintaining a handover procedure under consideration for LTE (Long Term Evolution) standardization by 3GPP. <P>SOLUTION: In addition to the handover procedure (normal Qo mode) under consideration for standardization, the handover procedure (excellent QoS mode) for higher quality is prepared. For communication of a QoS class of high quality, the handover procedure is followed in the excellent QoS mode. Through this handover procedure, data transfer between eNBs 2 and 3 following the handover procedure in the normal QoS mode is not performed, and multicasting (c) for transmitting data to both the eNBs from a higher node (aGW) 1 is performed.
