<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the waiting time of a visitor even if many visitors are present by saving the labor hour for storing a noncontact IC card in a holder with clip, and to enable reuse of the noncontact IC card as is stored in the holder with clips. <P>SOLUTION: In the noncontact IC card issuing device including an input data writing means to the noncontact IC card, a data determination means and a card issuing means, the noncontact IC card is supplied/issued in a state where it is inserted to the holder with clip, and the noncontact IC card inserted to the holder with clips is sent one by one from a holder stocker and further sent to a communication antenna part by the dead weight. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
