PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor that reduces the arrangement area easily and can prevent variations in charge caused by unauthorized incident light for obtaining stable operation. SOLUTION: Metal is arranged around a PolySi film and in a diffusion region with PolySi-film added to provide the capacitor made of the PolySi film and for increasing shading at the diffusion region in the capacitor and the capacity of the capacitor. With the capacity between the metal film and PolySi film arranged around the PolySi film of the capacitor, capacity per unit area in the capacitor is increased. At the same time, the metal film is arranged so that the PolySi film is covered, thus shading the capacitor, and preventing the charge held by the capacitor from being varied by charge converted photoelectrically by a substrate.
