PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable security device and an anticrime/monitoring system for recording or monitoring crime, particularly, aiming at crime suppression/crime recording of theft from automobile, hit-and-run, steal of car or the like, in which the system can be easily set in any place without needing a setting work, and the anticrime device is an integrated device and can be used for crime prevention timely without being specialized to the anticrime function. SOLUTION: A device constituted by attaching a fish-eye lens or a detachable omnidirectional mirror to a camera cellular is made to function as the anticrime device, in addition to the natural function as cellular phone, by adding thereto automatic photographing function, automatic data storing function including functions of simultaneously storing recorded image, recorded sound, date data or GPS position data in time series, and anticrime monitoring function including automatic data transmitting and receiving function and image correction display function as a system, and starting the anticrime monitoring system timely. The device establishes the anticrime system as the single body, and further functions as the anticrime monitoring system by communicating timely with a remote server capable of transmitting and receiving data with the anticrime device.
