PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a token dispenser capable of responding to a plurality of putout part forms, also responding to various types of devices including various forms of identification devices and card processors, and comprehensively improving the production efficiency. SOLUTION: The token dispenser is provided with an upper housing 1 having a supply tank 50 and a putout device 60, a lower housing 20 having a negotiable-value medium processor 40, and a connecting member separably connecting the upper housing to the lower housing; the upper housing is selectively detachably attaching a plurality of putout front panels 30 with different putout devices; and the lower housing demarcates a plurality of paper money storage type identification devices constituting the negotiable-value medium processor, an identification device storage part 22 selectively detachably storing each of the plurality of different paper money identification devices associated with a paper money conveyance device, and a card processor storage part 21 selectively detachably storing a plurality of different card processors 43 constituting the negotiable-value medium processor.
