<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the space between objects to be continuously carried while holding down a total occupied capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The method is provided for changing the space between the plurality of mutually spaced objects 2 to be continuously carried between a device which feeds the plurality of objects 2 at an initial space between the two objects 2, and a device which receives the plurality of objects 2 at a final space substantially larger than the initial space. It comprises a step of carrying the mutually spaced objects 2 using a variable-pitch feed screw device 1 which receives the objects 2 on the downstream side of the device for feeding the objects 2, which has a groove 3 for storing and moving the objects 2, and whose variable pitch increases the space between the two objects 2 to be received by a screw 1 to an intermediate space on the downstream side of the screw 1, and a step of clamping and carrying the objects 2 at the intermediate space using a space changing wheel 14 which feeds the objects 2 to the receiving device at the final space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
