PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small hydraulic power generating device by using an alternator generator of an automobile. SOLUTION: The small hydraulic power generating device comprises: a turbine 10 having a nozzle 20 discharging water to a small hydraulic turbine 1 rotatably supported to the inside and a nozzle 20 discharging water to blades 16 of the hydraulic turbine, and disposed in a direction discharging the water to the blades 16 in a right angle direction at a position where a discharge port of the nozzle 20 is close to the blades 16; the alternator generator 5 for an automobile, in which a rotor is directly connected to a rotational shaft 12 of the hydraulic turbine 1 of the turbine 10; and a battery storing power generated by the alternator generator 5.
