<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although a variety of treatment methods are proposed and practiced with respect to a tumor, especially a malignant tumor, definite methods have not been established yet and there are many side effects as well. <P>SOLUTION: Needles 11 and 12 which are made into injector needles and can penetrate the tumor or the like are prepared. After the needles penetrate the tumor 104 and the like, a hollow 105 is created in the tumor by using liquid and an inside of the hollow is heated to high temperature by a heater inside a tip of the needle 11 to kill a tumor cell.
