PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a driver of a vehicle to conduct a series of avoidance operations in a relaxed manner by outputting a warning to prompt the avoidance operation for each event in the optimum order when a plurality of events that may prevent proper travelling of the vehicle occur simultaneously. SOLUTION: An operational ease judgement part 21 judges the ease of an avoidance operation for each event about which a warning is given. When a plurality of events about which a warning is given occur simultaneously, a warning output control part 22 outputs a warning corresponding to the event for which an avoidance operation is easy on a priority basis, based on the ease of the avoidance operation that is judged by the operational ease judgement part 21.
