PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To link audio information accumulated in an audio accumulation server and data information accumulated in a data utilization server. SOLUTION: An audio accumulation server records audio information received from a terminal device and stores a telephone number of the terminal device and an audio arrival time as audio associated information and a data utilization server receives from the terminal device terminal device transmission data containing a first time that is a time prior to the time at which the audio information is sent from the terminal device, a second time that is a time after the end of audio recording, and the telephone number, accesses the audio accumulation server to extract audio associated information which contains the same telephone number as the telephone number contained in the terminal device transmission data and contains an audio arrival time after the first time and prior to the second time, acquires audio information corresponding to the relevant audio associated information and correspondingly stores the relevant audio information and the data information in a utilization data storage means.
