<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure hose having excellent durability and pressure resistance and capable of further improving the durability by preventing separation of an inner rubber layer of a metal fitting caulking part. <P>SOLUTION: An insert cloth layer 3 disposed between the first cord reinforcement layer 4 from inside and the inner rubber layer 2 is spirally wound and formed in the reverse direction such that the longitudinal direction of a tape-shaped insert cloth 3a intersects with a reinforcement cord 4a of the first cord reinforcement layer 4. The thickness, strength in the longitudinal direction and unit mass of the insert cloth 3a are appropriately set, and a dry heat shrinkage percentage in the longitudinal direction is set to be 1.5 to 4.0%. Due to this structure, in the vulcanization process of manufacturing the high pressure hose 1, the insert cloth 3a is moderately bit into the inner rubber layer 2 to reinforce it and large compressive stress generated by caulking of a caulking metal fitting is dispersed and alleviated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
