<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain normality of a flexible wiring board or of a circuit board by improving durability within a hinge portion of the flexible wiring board in a foldable type portable terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: In a portable terminal device, two casings 2a, 2b incorporating circuit boards 15a, 15b, respectively are linked to be rotatable by a hinge portion 4, and the circuit boards 15a, 15b within the two casings 2a, 2b are electrically interconnected by a flexible wiring board 22 disposed through a cavity portion formed within the hinge portion 4.
