PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment apparatus which reduces an unnecessary space, is high in use efficiency of water and enhances water purification performance. SOLUTION: The water treatment apparatus comprises the integration of a water purification system treatment device, an osmotic membrane pure water membrane and a water storage tank, elimination of the unnecessary space, reutilization of waste water, collection of purified water, dramatically enhancing the performance of the water purification system treatment device using hot water back washing, and sterilization inside the device, and further allows the back washing water to be utilized as water for miscellaneous use by a user.
