<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarming apparatus for a blind person capable of easily securing safety when the blind person walks. <P>SOLUTION: The alarming apparatus for a blind person comprises: an obstacle sensor system main body 1 provided with a transmission means 2 for transmitting ultrasonic waves or infrared rays and a reception means 3 for receiving the ultrasonic waves or the infrared rays reflected from a surrounding obstacle Q respectively; and an indicator 7 provided with an alarm sounding means 6 electrically connected with the obstacle sensor system main body 1 and operated on the basis of received ultrasonic signals or infrared ray signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
