PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition containing an inorganic powder excellent in dispersing property of the inorganic powder and transcribing performance in forming a sheet, and to provide a resin composition containing an inorganic powder for forming a dielectric layer with a high light transmission, excellent in surface flatness. SOLUTION: The resin composition containing an inorganic powder comprises (A) an inorganic powder, (B) a binder resin, (C) a diglycerol, (D) at least a kind of fatty acid ester of diglycerin selected from the group consisting of a fatty acid monoester of diglycerol, a fatty acid diester of diglycerol, a fatty acid triester of diglycerol, and a fatty acid tetra ester of diglycerol, and (E) an alkali metal compound.
