PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus capable of preventing a user from being restricted to the recording work of raw data to a recording medium for a long time and enabling the user to acquire only the data of a necessary part, and a medical image diagnostic system. SOLUTION: The medical image diagnostic apparatus is constituted so that a subject is scanned by exposing the subject with X-rays from many directions to collect raw data and an image is reconstituted on the basis of the raw data. A range designation means performs the designation of a cut out range necessary among all of the collected raw data. An extraction means cuts out the raw data of the cut out range designated by the range designation means from all of the collected raw data to extract the same. An operation means obtains accompanying information including at least one of a scan time according to the cut out range and bed information. A preservation means performs the writing processing of the raw data after extracted and delivered by the extraction means and the accompanying information with respect to the recording medium to preserves the same.
