<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device appropriately performing post injection, and eliminating sulfur oxides accumulated in a NOx cleaning device while suppressing dilution of lubricating oil or degradation in fuel economy. <P>SOLUTION: Regeneration processing in which the post injection is performed to eliminate the sulfur oxide accumulated in the NOx cleaning device is performed, so as to increase a temperature of the NOx cleaning device to increase an amount of reducing agent supplied to the NOx cleaning device. When a temperature TLNC of the NOx cleaning device exceeds an upper side determination temperature TRHL during the regeneration processing by the post injection (S14, S15), the processing is shifted to regeneration processing by increasing an amount of main injection (S17).
