PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like heat sink in which an electronic component insertion part can easily and inexpensively be formed and to which an electronic component can easily be fitted without screw fastening. SOLUTION: The electronic component 10 is inserted into the insertion part 2 formed of an extrusion part 2a formed by pushing out a part surrounded by two confronted notches formed in a part of a plate 1a and bending it and a remaining part of the plate part 1a.
