PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance properties including heat resistance/frictional wear property of an organic synthetic resin as a structure in organic-inorganic composite compositions and organic-inorganic composites. SOLUTION: Water is added to a polylactic acid emulsion to form a uniform solution (S10). Water glass is added to the solution with stirring (S11), and sulfuric acid is added thereto with stirring to cause the polylactic acid resin fine particles and silica fine particles to coagulate (S12). Coagulate are twice filtered followed by washing with water (S13), dried at 30°C for 20 hr (S14) to give a polylactic acid/silica composite composition 1 as the organic-inorganic composite composition. The polylactic acid/silica composite composition 1 is ground by a rotary grinder (S15). A novolak-type phenolic resin of 81 pts.wt. and hexamine of 9 pts.wt. are added to 10 pts.wt. of the ground matter and mixed well (S16), and the resultant mixture is subjected to thermal pressure molding (S17) to give a plate-like test piece as the organic-inorganic composite 2.
