PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an operation for fitting a stand to a displaying part body when the displaying part body and the stand are separately packed in a thin type image displaying apparatus. SOLUTION: In a state that the displaying part body 40 is held on first and second bottom pads 22a and 22b, first and second top pads 20a and 20b are arranged below both ends in the longitudinal direction of a lower part packing case 18. In this case, the distance between the first and the second top pads 20a and 20b is longer than at least the width of a base plate 45. In addition, heights of the first and the second top pads 20a and 20b are not lower than the height of the stand 43. Furthermore, an opening 16 with a required shape and a size is formed in the lower part packing case 18 so that a support inserting hole formed at the central part on the underside of the displaying part body 40 is opened outside the lower part packing case 18.
