<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an alcohol by effectively utilizing garbage. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the alcohol includes adding an enzyme for decomposing starch to sugar by regarding garbage as a main raw material, then adding an alcohol-producing microorganism for producing an alcohol from the sugar and separating only liquid part from alcohol lees and extracting the liquid part. In the production method, it is especially preferable that a fermentation microorganism is added to the garbage and starch is gelatinized by the fermentation heat, and then, the above enzyme is added thereto, and the alcohol lees is added to the garbage and a flavor ingredient and a seasoning ingredient remaining in the alcohol lees is dissolved in an alcohol produced by the alcohol-producing microorganism, and mixing of the alcohol lees with the alcohol is carried out under pressure environment, and further, extraction of the liquid part is carried out by dry distillation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
