PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an overhead in message switching by a P-MP system with which a radio base station (BS) and a mobile terminal (MSS) communicate via a relay station (RS). SOLUTION: When the radio base station (BS) and the mobile station (MSS), via the relay station (RS), switch a message whose unique identification (BSID) is registered at the radio base station or the relay station, the BSID registered in the message is simplified by a common rule and the BSID is also rewritten (simplified and restored) at the relay station which directly switches the message with the mobile terminal only for message switching between the radio base station and the relay station or between the relay stations.
