An improved structure of an oil guide and a thrust washer for an auto transmission is provided to enhance lubricant capacity by supplying oil from an input shaft to the oil guide through the thrust washer having an oil holding unit. An improved structure of an oil guide and a thrust washer for an auto transmission includes a thrust washer(300) and an oil guide(500). The thrust washer includes an input shaft(100) for delivering the power of an engine, an oil holding unit, an oil groove(200). The oil holding part and the oil groove receive lubricating oil from the input shaft and reduce friction with a balance piston. The oil guide includes a cocking unit(510), which increases the lubricant capacity of a needle roller bearing(400) by supplying oil from the thrust washer to a pinion shaft, for fixing into a planetary gear carrier.
