A system and a method for processing wireless call quality data of a mobile communication net are provided to create the wireless call quality data within a building efficiently through a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) even without inputting workers into the building. A PDA is connected to a management server through a communication net and an internet(S301). A server-client application is run between the PDA and the management server so that a wireless call quality program is run in the PDA(S302). Wireless call quality data are created in the PDA(S305). When the PDA receives a transmission function key-selecting signal(S306), the PDA attempts to transmit the wireless call quality data to a wireless call quality data-managing server. If the attempt of the PDA is successful, the wireless call quality data-managing server stores the wireless call quality data(S307). If the attempt of the PDA is unsuccessful, the PDA files a transmission error code and the wireless call quality data in a transmission failure file, and stores the transmission failure file(S308).
