The vehicle pneumatic tyre has an electrically conducting running strip base (4) and an electrically non-conducting coils of material strips (10) from a composite mixture manufactured running strip cap (5) with running strips (6). The running strip cap has embedded electrically-conducting rubber between the outer side of the running strip and the running strip base to produce an electrically conducting passage. The electrically conducting passage is a local mould of the running strip base. The peripheral direction of the running strip may have a formed groove about its periphery.
