A chair is provided to form a space portion on a seat part to make air circulated smoothly in a user's hip part, to restrain the generation of sweat and to help to maintain a clean state. A chair includes an inner seat(10), an outer seat(20), an outer ascending/descending unit(30) and an ascending/descending unit(40). A space portion is formed on the center portion of the outer seat to be coupled to the inner seat. A plate(22) is formed on the bottom of the outer seat. On both sides of the bottom of the outer seat, rods are formed to ascend and descend in a cylinder(32) by the operation of an outer lever and to make the outer seat ascend from the inner seat to form a space portion. A central shaft(41) of the ascending/descending unit is formed to ascend and descend on a post(42) by the operation of a main lever(44).
