A production method of salt using natural underground rock water is provided to produce high-salinity and high-nutrition salt by using the underground rock water naturally filtered through a plurality of gaps between base rocks at a depth of 60m or deeper from the ground. A production method of salt using natural underground rock water comprises the steps of: (i) stopping the underground water flowing from an alluvial layer with a casing, excavating a base rock under the alluvial layer, and collecting natural underground rock water from a plurality of water veins through an exploratory hole; and (ii) lifting up the collected rock water with a motor pump placed on the ground, and then heating it with a boiler or dehydrating/drying it with an air cooler or a hot blast heater. The base rock under the alluvial layer is placed at a depth of 60~2000m from the ground, and the collected rock water has a specific gravity of 1.024~1.027. |
