A brightness enhancement film is provided to decrease a Newton ring and a Moire effect by forming a curved prism unit and a mat on first and second surfaces of a substrate, respectively. A brightness enhancement film includes a substrate(11), plural curved prism units(12), and a mat(13). First and second surfaces(11a,11b) are formed on the substrate. The curved prism units are arranged on the first surface adjacent to each other. At least one curved draft surface is formed on the curved prism unit, such that incident beam from the second surface is guided to cause 2-dimensional refraction and a surface curvature is changed. The mats are arranged on the second substrate. Plural micro bump structure units(131) are formed on the mat, such that at least two bumps with different heights are formed on the second surface of the substrate.
