<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing apparatus in which crushed sheets made of a resin and the like do not twine around a rotary shaft. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is equipped with a hopper having a charging slot for resin-made sheets and the like contaminated with foreign substances and a slant plate 23d on which the charged resin-made sheets and the like slide; a cylindrical treatment chamber having a length to the horizontal direction, having an opening in the one end that communicates with the above hopper, and performing the washing of the contaminated resin-made sheets, etc., in its inside; a rotary shaft arranged in the treatment chamber; a plurality of rotary blades whose base end is fixed to the rotary shaft, whose tip is located in the inner peripheral surface side of the treatment chamber and which has a length to the same direction as the direction of the length of the treatment chamber; a jetting nozzle that jets a washing liquid into the treatment chamber; an outlet for the foreign substances and the washing liquid; and a discharge passage for the resin-made sheets and the like after the washing which is formed on the other end of the treatment chamber. In the apparatus, the end portion of the slant plate in the treatment chamber side is located upper than the top face of the rotary blades in the condition that the plurality of rotary blades are made horizontal and the end portion of the plurality of rotary blades in the slant plate side is slanting to the rotating direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
