<p>Polyphosphate-functional organosiloxane compounds, obtained by platinum- or rhodium-catalysed hydrosilylation reaction between poly-hydrogen-organosiloxanes (I) and polyhydroxyalkenyl ethers (II) followed by reaction of the hydroxyl groups with phosphorus pentoxide or polyphosphoric acid (III), or by hydrosilylation between (I) and compounds obtained by reacting (II) with (III). Organosiloxane compounds (OSC) with on average at least 1 (preferably at least 2) terminal and/or lateral phosphated organic residues obtained by the addition reaction of polysiloxanes of formula (I) in presence of platinum or rhodium catalysts with (A) polyhydroxyalkenyl ethers of formula (II) followed by optionally base-catalysed partial or complete reaction of the OH groups with phosphorus pentoxide or polyphosphoric acid, or by addition with (B) compounds obtained by reaction of the OH groups in (II) (at least two OH groups must be present) with phosphorus pentoxide or polyphosphoric acid as above. R 1>1-10C aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbyl, optionally substituted with a trimethylsilyl group; R 2>R 1> or H (at least one R 2> must be H); a, a1, a2 : 0-500; b : 0-5; R 3>, R 4>H, -CH 2OH, 1-10C aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbyl, or OH; R 5>H, -CH 2OH, or 1-10C hydrocarbyl as above; c, d, e : 0-10; f : 1-10; at least two OH groups : are present .
