FREIGHT CAR LIFTER FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS

A freight car lifter for construction work is provided to sense eccentric load applied to each of hoist wires as well as total load of a cage hung on each of the hoist wires by additionally installing load sensing units on ends of the four hoist wires. A freight car lifter(100) for construction work includes a hoist unit(110) and a cage unit(130). The hoist unit raises and lowers a plurality of hoist wires(115) and is installed on a support frame(101). The cage unit is coupled to the hoist wires by sheaves(131) to raise and lower a freight car(105) in a vertical underground path(106). A load sensing unit(140) is installed on the support frame to be coupled with an end of the hoist wire passing through the hoist unit and the cage unit and senses total load and eccentric load of the cage unit. The load sensing unit has a length control bar coupled with the support frame by a nut, a lower bracket coupled with a lower end of the length control bar, a load cell fixed to the lower bracket by a coupling pin, and an upper bracket coupled with the hoist wire.
