An organic light emitting display device is provided to increase an aperture ratio by performing an initializing process on pixels through a data line rather than an additional initializing line. An organic light emitting display device includes scan lines(Sn-1,Sn), data lines(DL), an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode), a driving switch(Td), a capacitor(Cst), and first to third switches(Ts1,Ts2,Ts3). The OLED displays images using a driving current. The driving switch supplies the driving current to the OLED. The capacitor includes a first electrode connected to a control electrode of the driving switch, and a second electrode connected to a first voltage source. The first switch includes a first electrode connected to the data line, a control electrode connected to the scan line, and a second electrode connected to the first electrode of the driving switch. The second switch includes a control electrode connected to the scan line, and diode-connects with the driving switch. The third switch includes a control electrode connected to the former scan line, and initializes the stored voltage in the capacitor element through the data line.
