A plasma lighting system is provided to improve light emitting efficiency of a light emitter by preventing a temperature of the light emitter from being decreased. A plasma lighting system includes a high frequency generator, a light waveguide(40), a resonator(50), and an electrodeless lamp(60). A high frequency signal from the high frequency generator is guided into the light waveguide. The resonator is arranged at one side of the light waveguide and forms a resonance mode using the high frequency signal. The electrodeless lamp includes a light emitter(61) and a support unit. The light emitter includes an inner lining(61a), which is formed in the resonator and forms a space for a light emitting material, and an outer lining(61b), which is formed on a periphery of the inner lining and prevents the inner lining from being exposed to the outside.
