摘要

A white light emitting diode is provided to secure green and red light emitting regions by additionally applying green and red light emitting fluorescent substances to the white LED which is mixed with a blue LED chip and a yellow light emitting fluorescent substance, thereby realizing the high efficiency white LED. A white LED comprises a first lead frame(110a), a second lead frame(110b), a pair of lead frames(110), a package mold(120) and a bonding wire(140). The package mold stores a part of the lead frames, and defines a stepped space of a molding member. A blue LED chip(130) is installed at any one lead frame of the lead frames of the package mold. The bonding wire connects electrically the lead frame and the blue LED chip. Wherein, the package mold can be formed by a pre-molding way using a plastic compound resin, and the bonding wire is formed by using Au.
