An assembler for a ball separator of a ball bearing using a rotating instrument is provided to remove assembly defects by automating ball assembly processes. An assembler for a ball separator(12) of a ball bearing using a rotating instrument includes a separator jig(20), a rotation prevention protrusion(20a), a ball guide(30), and a ball supply unit. The separator jig supports the ball separator. The rotation prevention protrusion is formed on the separator jig for preventing rotation of the ball separator. The ball guide is positioned on a center of the separator jig, assembles balls(14) on ball pockets of the ball separator by being rotated at a predetermined angle, and includes ball holders(32). The ball holders are formed on an outer circumference of the ball guide at regular intervals. The ball supply unit is arranged above the ball guide and supplies the balls to the ball holders. |
