<p>A metal golf club head is provided to dampen vibrations of the golf club head effectively generated by hitting a golf ball with an anti-corrosion screw made of a magnesium alloy, and to improve both feeling of hitting and hitting sound. A metal golf club head comprises: a metal head main body; and an anti-corrosion screw which is made of a magnesium alloy and fastened to predetermined location on the metal head main body, wherein the anti-corrosion screw is coated with an oxide film, recess portions(24,26) are formed in side portions(16,18,20) of the metal head main body, and the anti-corrosion screw is fastened to the inside of the recess portion not to protrude from the recess portion.</p> |
