摘要 An automatic analytical apparatus for analyzing titanium concentration of an olefin-based catalyst is provided to shorten the operation time and decrease the amount of a reagent used, and reduce the total cost by automating a titanium concentration analyzing step and a washing step of a Jones column, and prevent HCl or dilute HCL from being discharged to the outside of the Jones column during the washing process. An automatic analytical apparatus for analyzing titanium concentration of an olefin-based catalyst comprises: a cylindrical Jones column(11) which is filled up with zinc amalgam and has a sample inlet(12) at the upper end portion; an upper distilled water supplying valve(13) which supplies distilled water to the sample inlet of the Jones column; an injection nozzle(14) which supplies an olefin-based catalyst sample to the side of the sample inlet of the Jones column; a hydrochloric acid supplying valve(15) which supplies hydrochloric acid to the lower part of the Jones column; a lower distilled water supplying valve(16) which supplies distilled water to the lower part of the Jones column; a sample container(20) which is located at the lower part of the Jones column to receive the sample passing through the Jones column; a water level detecting portion(17) which is installed at the upper part of the Jones column to detect the water level of a within of the Jones column; a drain valve(18) recovering dilute HCl or distilled water passing through the zinc amalgam of the Jones column; a sample drain valve which is installed at the lower end portion of the Jones column to discharge the sample passing through the Jones column; and a PLC controlling portion(30) controlling each of the valves, wherein the water level detecting portion consists of a lower level sensor(17a) installed at the lower end portion of the sample inlet and an upper level sensor(17b) installed at the upper end portion of the sample inlet.
