A plasma display panel is provided to increase the number of terminal lines in a terminal portion by decreasing a distance between the terminal lines. A plasma display panel includes first and second substrates, a barrier rib, first and second electrodes, a fluorescent layer, terminal lines(121), and a bump portion(121a). The second substrate is opposed to the first substrate. The barrier rib forms discharge cells by partitioning a space between the first and second substrates. The first and second electrodes are formed to cross each other in the discharge cell. The fluorescent layer is formed on the discharge cell. The terminal lines are elongated from the first electrode to form a terminal portion. The bump portion is protruded from one terminal line to another terminal line. Adjacent bump portions are arranged to cross each other.
