A safety apparatus for fall prevention of a gang form is provided to prevent the fall of a gang form and the accidental fall of a worker by mistakes, to cut down on the prime cost and the cost of production by having a simple structure, to make installation easy, and to heighten work efficiency by using continuously after installation. A safety apparatus(50) for fall prevention of a gang form(P) comprises a fixture coupled to the edge of a groove of a steel form(5) and provided with a first pin hole, a fall prevention pin inserted to the fixture to be projected to the outside of the steel form via the groove and provided with a second pin hole and a hanging projection, and a safety pin inserted to the first pin hole of the fixture and the second pin hole of the fall prevention pin to couple the fall prevention pin to the fixture strongly.
