The invention relates to the power engineering. The inventive method for producing additional power, consists in carrying out a multiple step-by-step conversion of mechanical energy into pressure energy, and in simultaneously increasing the reactive force of a working medium and the outflow velocity thereof by increasing the specific gravity of the working medium and a torque transfer from a jet engine to a consumer of mechanical energy. A power producing process is carried out on the closed circuit of the working medium flow at the maximum radius of the active part of the working wheel (6). The increased circumferential velocity of the working wheel (6) is used for increasing mechanical power which is taken off from a first stage. In order to obtain greater power, said power is transferred to the more powerful pump of a next stage. The conversion process is carried out in a steady state mode without consuming an external power source. |
