FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: installation of methanol synthesis includes column of methanol synthesis 1, which represents vertical apparatus filled with nozzle, on whose sieve grates layer of catalyst is poured. Before entering the column synthesis-gas is divided into two equal parts. Further, into synthesis-gas, which goes onto first shelf 2 of catalyst in synthesis column, pure methanol is injected. After first shelf of catalyst 2 synthesis-gas with present in it methanol is mixed with the part of synthesis-gas, which was separated before column 1. When part of synthesis-gas is added, volume of gas mixture increases, which results in increase of catalyst amount on second shelf 3 twofold in comparison with first shelf 2. Leaving second shelf 3 synthesis-gas is mixed with fresh synthesis-gas and the process is repeated. Synthesis-gas after the column is cooled and supplied to separator 4, where separation of methanol takes place. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to reduce amount of inert gases in process of methanol synthesis, increase product output, reduce amount of released at first shelf energy during methanol synthesis. ^ 1 dwg |
