FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: an intervertebral implant has a head with a conic part and an external thread adjoining the head and a central part intergated therewith with the external thread and a base adjoining the central part and integrated therewith. The central part is formed by a set of bridges extended from the head to the base herewith forming via windows of great area between the head, the bridges and the base. The external thread on the head is provided on its conic part. The external end site of the head is formed by a protective elevation of a form with convex outside without sharp edges. The surgical procedure of lumbar spine fusion wherein in intervertebral space between two adjacent vertebral bodies there is at least one intervertebral implant provided, consists that a) intervertebral space is approached by microsurgery from dorsal side with partial removal of small intervertebral joints, b) cartilaginous parts of superior and inferior plates of adjacent vertebras respectively are removed, c) in dorsal part of adjacent vertebras, thread is screwed, d) with using a distractor intervertebral space is preliminary stretched out, e) vertebras are kept in preliminary separated position with a spacer to remove the distractor, f) the first intervertebral implant is screwed into the thread of adjacent vertebras, and to install the second intervertebral implant spaced from the first one, the stages a) to f) are performed again. ^ EFFECT: inventions provide possibility for simultaneous application of the implant for distraction, including in ventral part of vertebral bodies. ^ 31 cl, 4 dwg |
