FIELD: flour-and-cereals industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grain cleaning device, namely, to combination separators, and it can be used in flour-and-cereals industry for cleaning grain from aeroseparated impurities, fine admixtures and sorting out grain by size. Proposed device consists of intake-and-distributing device, sieve body, sieve body pneumatic system with oversieve chamber and suction branch pipe. Pneumatically separating system with recirculation of main air flow includes pneumoseparating channel, settling chamber with auger in its lower part, fan, recirculation channel and throttling devices. Pneumatic system of sieve body and pneumatically separating system are independent. Pneumatic system of sieve body has open air cycle, and pneumatically separating system is made with closed air cycle. Pneumatically separating system is furnished with air pressure regulator. Sieve body is provided with adjustable screen. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of separation of fine admixture, separation of grain into fractions according to size in sieve body pneumatic system and aeroseparated impurities in pneumatically separating system. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
