FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing canned food due to preparing all the recipe components: boiling, shelling and cutting hen eggs; cutting and frying shallot in melted butter; cutting and freezing dill greens; blanching and grating white culinary roots; frying wheat flour in melted butter; cutting crabs' meat. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with milk, lemon juice, common salt, hot black pepper and laurel leaf. The mixture obtained and drinking water should be packed at a certain ratio of the components taken. This enables to manufacture new canned food being of increased digestibility. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing. |
