Cosmetic composition comprises myrrh essential oil as an active agent to improve the firmness of the skin and/or to provide a cleansing effect. An independent claim is included for a process for cosmetic care, preferably for refirming and/or cleansing the skin, comprising applying the composition on the body skin. ACTIVITY : Dermatological. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Angiogenesis stimulator. The effect of the composition to stimulate angiogenesis was tested in endothelial cells. The result showed that the composition exhibited an angiogenesis stimulation of + 100%.
