The implant has an elongated body (1), whose endosseous end has anchoring units in a bone. The units are associated with a mechanical anchoring unit (5) i.e. thread, for fixing the implant by impaction or screwing in the bone during implantation, and are associated with a histological anchoring unit (6) for osseo-integration of the implant. The unit (6) has a cavity (7) longitudinally extending inside the body. The cavity laterally opens along its longitudinal extension dimension in the periphery of the body via a longitudinal window (8) for passage of bone material towards/inside the cavity.
